What you can ask for here
This page gathers every request form on the site in one place, so you do not have to hunt through the menu. Each one goes to the church office and, where relevant, to the pastoral team.
Nothing here obliges you to anything. If you are not sure which form fits, use the general contact form and the office will route it.
How requests are handled
Every form on this page reaches a real person. Requests arrive at the church office, and anything pastoral is passed to the pastoral team the same way it would be if you had phoned. Nothing is handled by an automated system and nothing is added to a marketing list.
You do not need to be a member of Edmonton Central to use any of them, and you do not need to explain yourself before asking. Several of these forms exist precisely because it is easier to type something than to say it to someone in a foyer on a Sabbath morning.
If a request is time sensitive, particularly anything involving hospital admission or bereavement, call the church office on 780-420-0215 rather than waiting for a form to be read. The office is at 10131 111 Avenue NW in central Edmonton.
Common questions
How quickly will someone respond?
It depends on the request. A Bible study request is answered by a pastor within 48 hours. Prayer requests are prayed through as they arrive rather than answered. Bookings and membership matters move at the pace of the office and, where relevant, the church board.
Is what I write kept private?
Yes. Requests are treated confidentially. Prayer requests may be submitted anonymously, and where you ask for that only the pastors see your name.
What if none of these forms fit?
Use the general contact form. The office reads everything that arrives there and will route it to whoever should see it.
